Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform accurate data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the weekend team.
- Maintain office inventory and assist with supply ordering.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Ensure the reception area and workspaces are organized and professional.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism during weekend shifts.
