Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and speed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with data entry tasks and basic accounting reconciliation.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
