Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, drafting professional correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
- Data Management: Maintain and update CRM databases, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentation materials.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for team events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility for evening or weekend availability.
