Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage internal calendars to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries, emails, and visitors, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Data Management: Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Office Operations: Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and general office upkeep to maintain a productive workspace.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of team events and client meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
