Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings while resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and respond to emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Documentation: Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute follow-up action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Data Management: Perform data entry tasks, update CRM databases, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Office Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and expense reports; stock office supplies as needed.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing internal company events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Business Certificate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Independence: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
