Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and assist in the organization of office events and team-building activities.
- Support department heads with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote/hybrid team.
