Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including mail sorting, supply inventory, and maintaining a pristine work environment.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage complex calendars for executive staff, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
