Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate office activities and logistics to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
