Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks and ensure database accuracy.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes when required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
