Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical files, including data entry and filing systems.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order necessary office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
