Responsibilities
- Manage daily correspondence, including drafting and proofreading emails and memos.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for senior management.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office documentation.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for team building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
