Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain data in our CRM and spreadsheet systems, ensuring 100% data integrity and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and internal communications.
- Document Control: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper archiving.
- Inventory Management: Assist with tracking office supplies and equipment, processing orders as needed.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
