Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a high degree of professionalism and promptness.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management using calendar tools.
- Prepare and maintain accurate office documents, filing systems, and digital records to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic accounting tasks to support financial operations.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to the office staff.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and strict adherence to privacy policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (1-2 years minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with basic CRM software is a plus.
