Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases to ensure information accuracy.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or business certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
