Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
