Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Handle incoming communications via phone and email, routing inquiries to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing to maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and organized.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, when required.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Must be available to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
