Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing them to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for client and company records.
- Assist in the organization of company events and internal team meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate basic analytical reports using Excel.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
