Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Handle all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely manner using accounting software.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the workspace remains fully stocked and operational.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software or other office management tools is a plus.
