Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing email correspondence with professionalism and timely responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and special administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible or remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
