- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings using calendar management software.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and employees, providing directions and information as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
