Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, fax, and mail.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring callers are greeted professionally and routed to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate office schedules, including calendar management, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
