Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain electronic and physical filing systems, and update databases.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- General Support: Handle incoming inquiries, process invoices, and support department heads with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
