Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents with strict attention to detail
- Support event coordination and meeting preparations for weekend client engagements
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with accurate record-keeping
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
- Act as primary weekend liaison for vendor deliveries and service requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support or office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of discretion handling confidential information
- Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays as needed
