Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in all records and databases.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and general office management duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
