- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Respond to phone inquiries and direct visitors effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
