- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99.9% accuracy, maintaining up-to-date digital databases and filing systems.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, with professionalism and speed.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar support role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule.
