- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including data entry and document archiving.
- Office Operations: Prepare meeting materials, manage office supplies inventory, and handle incoming mail.
- Project Support: Assist in coordinating office events and supporting cross-departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff.
