Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and directed appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Monitor front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a general office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
