Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors professionally, answer incoming calls, and manage the switchboard with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Data Entry Operations: Accurately input and update customer and employee information into our CRM and database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Document Management: Scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Draft and distribute internal memos, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Inventory Support: Assist with maintaining office supplies and managing petty cash logs.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with calendar management for team members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in data entry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 40-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity.
- Professionalism: Ability to represent the company professionally in person and over the phone.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time hours, typically 20-30 hours per week.
