Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision and care.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records using office management software.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, and preparing meeting materials.
- Ensure the reception area is always organized, clean, and welcoming for all guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional overtime when needed.
