Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and update databases as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
