Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily flow of incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for both Austin and NC operations.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring calendars are optimized.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and maintain a welcoming, professional office environment.
- Handle inventory management and requisition of office supplies.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are looking for candidates eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
