- Process incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and prioritize tasks using established protocols
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents including reports, memos, and presentations
- Assist with onboarding procedures including file organization and digital record-keeping
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline administrative workflows and implement best practices
- Perform ad-hoc projects including data audits, inventory management, and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or data entry roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record of maintaining confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) and 10-key proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in data validation
