Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Process invoices and assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional first impression.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certificate in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a related field.
