- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document accessibility
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Assist with report generation and data analysis for departmental review
- Handle incoming communications professionally via email, phone, and in-person
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99.5% accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
