Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence)
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with report preparation and data entry tasks
- Support procurement processes and office supply management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports

Qualifications
