Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documentation
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement
- Support event planning and logistics for internal meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion with confidential information
- Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
