- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and office supply inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executive team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
