Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange logistics
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with onboarding new staff and volunteers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with nonprofit or community-based organizations preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
- Valid CA driver's license (occasional errands required)
