Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex logistics
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support departmental projects with research and data compilation
- Procure office supplies and manage inventory control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
