- Prepare and edit professional documents, presentations, and reports
- Organize digital filing systems and maintain physical record archives
- Assist with event coordination and meeting logistics
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
- Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
