Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executive team
- Process incoming communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support onboarding processes and assist with HR administrative tasks
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Outlook) preferred
