Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the front desk reception, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing documents, entering data into CRM systems, and ensuring data integrity.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries for team members and executives.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting emails and memos.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal meetings.
- General Support: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar clerical role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office machinery (printers, scanners).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
