Responsibilities
- Manage daily correspondence including emails and phone calls with professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, managing calendars and booking conference rooms.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, directing them appropriately.
- Create and prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents using Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
