Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Manage incoming communications, including routing phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading essential documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files and inventory, ensuring systems are efficient and accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including setting up conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
