Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry tasks using Excel and CRM databases to maintain up-to-date records.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Prepare internal memos, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Support the administrative staff with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, data entry, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
