Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain confidential data in multiple databases and systems
- Process and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and documents
- Support departmental operations by preparing reports, meeting agendas, and presentation materials
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Perform quality assurance checks on data entries and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant or data entry experience
