Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel itineraries efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management, office supply ordering, and vendor relations.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support and customer service.
- Process invoices, handle expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or administrative certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and proven time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
