- Multi-Line Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen them, and transfer to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area, manage the lobby, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform basic data entry, filing, and assist with scheduling appointments using office software.
- Visitor Management: Sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and direct them to their destinations efficiently.
- Flexible Availability: Adapt to a dynamic schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications
