Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in data entry tasks and generate weekly payroll reports.
- Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, including catering and logistics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
